We feature a modern golf shop with exciting designer brands and equipment, an expansive deck with a fantastic view, a casual, tastefully decorated 16,000 sq. ft. clubhouse and banquet rooms ideal for any meeting or special occasion. The combination of our amenities and golf course creates Medicine Hat’s Premier Golf Club.
From the usual opening day in March to the closing date in late October, Desert Blume Golf Club is always in immaculate condition. The lack of trees, only one tree on the course, allows for excellent fairways and pristine greens while also showcasing perfect conditions for Fall golf, no leaf rules. Over the years we have made a concerted effort to lower and maintain the grass heights in both the rough and native grass areas to have a more friendly player experience. Pro Shop
Our pro shop is fully stocked, with clothing brands from Levelwear, Sun Ice, Nike, Puma, Nivo, as well as a Desert Blume exclusive in johnnie-o, we have lots of sizes and colors to outfit all golfers. The pro shop showcases shoe lines from Asics, Puma and Skecher, while carrying a full compliment of golf balls and accessories. Finally, the club selection is second to none, with demos from all the major manufacturers including Callaway, Cobra, Ping, TaylorMade and Titleist. Check with our knowledgeable staff for the latest technology to improve your golf game.
Our full summer menu is in effect which includes breakfast, lunch and supper as well as daily and weekly specials. We have multiple new items on the menu this year in addition to classic favorites you know and love! Available for dine in or take out. See the 2024 Clubhouse Menu below.
Year-Round Hawk Golf Simulator
Our state-of-the-art simulator room is up and running for a year-round indoor golf experience. Open daily from 10am-5pm (check for availability), our SIM room features the Hawk Simulator from Foresight Golf (the most popular SIM company with PGA Tour Players). With over a hundred courses to choose from, as well as the Foresight driving range, we are sure to cater to those looking for a fun and different golf day or the serious golfer looking to see technical data to hone-in their golf game.
LULULEMON ATHLETICA
A unique feature of our Pro Shop includes a large selection of lululemon apparel. These styles include the align and wunder train leggings, pace rival skorts, ABC joggers, swiftly tech tops, and the everywhere belt bag all offered in various sizes and colours. DESERT BLUME JUNIOR GOLF CAMPS
This year we are offering a camp every Tuesday & Wednesday from July 9 & 10, 2024 to July 30 & 31, 2024. Each day runs from 11:30am to 2:30pm. You do not need to sign up for every week but you will get a discount for each extra week you sign up for. Please email dillonbatsel8@gmail.com to register. Include your kid’s name, age and an emergency contact. There will be a limit on how many kids each week will hold, so sign up as soon as you’re able to. Prices are as follows: 1 week=$120, 2 weeks=$230, 3 weeks=$330, 4 weeks=$420
